I'm a yogi farmer whose favourite thing is spending time with their dog...
My path to finding yoga was a slow subtle one. It started with taking community classes taught by the mother of a friend. I then began doing some videos at home (thanks Rodney Yee!), and then eventually went to a studio. During one of my many yoga trainings, someone from the MS Society came and spoke about yoga for people with disabilities. The thought really intrigued me, but it wouldn’t be until years later that I found myself teaching my first class for the MS Society of Canada. I enjoy teaching all different types of yoga classes, but have to admit that I have a special place in my heart for adaptive.

I feel it is important to say that while I am dedicated to being a life long learner of yoga, my ancestry is not steeped in yogic lineage, and I was not raised in the birth place of yoga. As such there will always be room for me to grow and learn. I am mindful of appreciating the yogic culture as opposed to appropriating it, but acknowledge that this is a lifelong, ever evolving journey.
