Meditation Offerings
August 22 at 9 AM (PST)- Morning Meditation
This class is FREE for participants and is made possible through the generous support of
the MS Society of Canada
Wanting to learn about meditation but unsure where to start? We will begin with some light stretching and talking about different ways to support a personal meditation practice. We will then dive into a breath and visualization meditation. Please note that the stretching will have modifications for every body, and the meditation will be approachable to everyone.

This class is FREE for participants and is made possible through the generous support of

Come experience the bliss of Yoga Nidra. Known as ‘Yogic Sleep’, yoga Nidra is a relaxing practice where the body is settled into stillness, as the mind continues on a journey. There are many stages of Yoga Nidra that are designed to cleanse the mind and heart. This is a lovely practice accessible to everyone as there is limited mobility involved and takes place seated or laying down for the duration of the session.

CHAIR YOGA FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES
This class is FREE for participants and is made possible through the generous support of
the MS Society of Canada
Come explore the world of yoga in a safe environment, with a class designed to meet your needs! Adaptive yoga offers many modifications to traditional yoga postures, and allows you to find movement that best suits your body. These classes will practice all postures in a chair, and everyone is welcome for this virtual offering. Please note this class is open to everyone including people who do not have MS.
Where: Online (Recordings will be available for 7 days after each class)
When: Fridays 9-10 AM PST ( 12-1 PM EST) from September 16-December 9 2022

COMMUNITY CARE YOGA
Join our online yoga community! Each month we will have two new classes that you can view for the entire month. Everyone practicing the videos will contribute what they can financially. This ensures everyone has access to yoga and everyone is welcome. Some can contribute more financially, some less, but we are all important members of the community.
Sign up includes:
Access to new monthly videos
1 Adaptive yoga standing routine using a chair for support, per month
1 Adaptive class that is fully on the floor/mat, per month
You will receive two emails per month, one of which will include access to the monthly videos
Contribution scale is $0-15 per video
