August 29 11 AM (PST)- Yoga Nidra
This class is FREE for participants and is made possible through the generous support of
the MS Society of Canada

Come experience the bliss of Yoga Nidra. Known as ‘Yogic Sleep’, yoga Nidra is a relaxing practice where the body is settled into stillness, as the mind continues on a journey. There are many stages of Yoga Nidra that are designed to cleanse the mind and heart. This is a lovely practice accessible to everyone as there is limited mobility involved and takes place seated or laying down for the duration of the session.
